Eng. Marius Gaitan serves as Chief Strategy Officer at Evaluris Solutions FZCO, bringing more than 35 years of business experience and over 30 years of leadership in enterprise-scale project execution across construction, infrastructure, and complex organizational programs.

A globally certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA®), Marius is internationally recognized for his direct contributions to the development and evolution of Project Management Institute (PMI®) global standards. His work includes reviewer, contributor, and official translator roles for multiple editions of the PMBOK® Guide, as well as key PMI standards covering program management, portfolio management, risk, scheduling, and organizational project maturity—including contributions to the PMBOK® Guide Eighth Edition.

His professional expertise spans enterprise project and risk management, integrated cost–schedule control, PMO and governance design, and advanced project planning and scheduling for large, multi-stakeholder initiatives. With more than four decades of exposure to civil, industrial, and agricultural construction, he brings deep practical insight into delivering complex, high-impact programs under real-world constraints.

At Evaluris Solutions FZCO, Marius applies this foundation to technology-driven and cybersecurity-aligned initiatives, supporting strategic planning, governance, and execution for AI, cybersecurity, critical infrastructure, and cyber-physical systems, including programs involving ICS/SCADA and operational technology (OT) environments. His role ensures that innovation is matched with disciplined execution, risk awareness, and standards-based governance.

As founder of Europroiect Estate®, Marius has trained and advised hundreds of professionals, playing a key role in modernizing project management practices and aligning them with international best practices.
